Greetings Snustopians!

As you can see, Snustopia has gone thru a pretty big change in the way it looks. I thought it was about time to give the site a bit of a makeover not only in the way Snustopia looks but, in its content as well. Now, don't get excited Snustopians, I don't mean that instead of reading about Swedish snus you'll be reading about how to make a dried flower arrangement or who's fudge cake is better, what I mean is that I'll be posting new flavor reviews on all the new brands that have been introduced since we've last met. I've also been spending some time in Snuffland and we'll be reviewing Nasal Snuff as well! The main snuff brand we'll be looking at is Toque Snuff since the flavor variances that Roderick and his team have created are second to none in the nasal snuff world! So, stay tuned in the next few days as we take more interesting tours thru the world of Swedish snus and Nasal snuff!

Today I thought we’d take a look at a snus that’s actually been anticipated by Snustopians for quite some time, General Mint White portion snus. I know what you’re all thinking, “What do you mean by anticipated Snus Guy?” Well, as you can tell by the title of this review, General Mint is actually the big brother of General Mini Mint and not just because it’s a General product or because it’s mint flavored but, because it’s really just General Mini Mint in a bigger size! Well folks, it’s the beginning of 2010 and with the New Year comes some great new products from the different snus manufacturers in Sweden. We, as snus users, typically think of fall when we hear about a new snus flavor coming out and we would be correct if Bullet Proof by General was a new snus flavor by Swedish Match but, this is not the case here. Bullet Proof is actually a snus can, a rather special snus can, and has a pretty unique story behind it. So, let’s begin our tour thru this new container to keep your favorite snus in, Bullet Proof by General!

I know it’s been awhile since we’ve sat down and reviewed snus but it’s been a pretty hectic month here in Skruf Square. The Christmas season is Snustopia’s busiest time of year as well as our favorite. We’ve all been busy getting ready for the holiday festivities by decorating the square with lights and baking cookies as well as picking out gifts for our loved ones. And since it’s the holiday season, actually Christmas Day, I thought to myself what a better time to review the snus all Snustopians hope will be under their tree this year, Kardus Superior Blend 2009!
